*1. Passport
-A clear, full-color scan of your passport information page, showing your name, passport number, expiration date, and photo.
-Some universities may also require blank visa pages, so you are advised to upload a few blank pages as well.
*2. Photo
-A recent passport-sized ID photo (2 x 2 inches) with a plain white background.
-Full face visible, no headwear (except for religious reasons).
-Taken within the last 6 months.
*3. Highest Degree Graduation Certificate
-A formal graduation certificate of your highest completed education level (e.g., Senior High School, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree).
-If the document is not in Chinese or English, it must be translated into Chinese or English and notarized by an authorized translation agency or relevant authority. Self-translations are not accepted.
*4. Highest Degree Academic Transcripts
-Formal academic transcripts of your highest completed education level (e.g., Senior High School, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree), covering ALL academic years, NOT just the final year.
-If the document is not in Chinese or English, it must be translated into Chinese or English and notarized by an authorized translation agency or relevant authority. Self-translations are not accepted.
*5. Non-criminal Record Certificate
-Please note that this document is generally valid for only 6 months. For instance, if you submit your application in March, your non-criminal record must have been issued no earlier than September of the previous year.
-Obtain this certificate from the local police station of your current residence, confirming that you have had no criminal record during the 6 months prior to the date of issuance.
-If you are currently in China, the certificate must be issued by the local Chinese police.
-If the document is not in Chinese or English, it must be translated and notarized by an authorized agency or relevant authority. Self-translations are not accepted.
*6. Physical Examination Form
-Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.
-The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
-Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
-The medical results are valid for 6 months only.
-Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo or contain abnormal examination results will be considered invalid.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.

*7. Bank Statement
-An official bank statement, issued and stamped by the bank, showing your financial guarantor’s account balance and ability to support your studies in China.
-The account holder must be your financial guarantor, such as a parent.
-The balance should cover at least one year’s tuition, accommodation, and living expenses.
-Submit a scanned copy or a clear photo (a printed version with bank stamp is preferred).
-Please also provide a copy of the financial guarantor’s passport or national ID card.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.
*8. A Self-introduction Video
-Please speak in English or Chinese.
-The video should be 1-2 minutes long, in MP4 format, and less than 7 MB.
-Including: 1. Self-introduction: Name, nationality and passport number, educational background, application level and Chinese proficiency(The level of one's Chinese proficiency is not taken into account as an admission criterion.). 2. Understanding of China and the university 3. Why study in China. 4. Willingness to abide by school discipline ?.

Tips: For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
